When you start a conversation with our intake agent, we receive what you tell it — typically your name, an email address or phone number, your business, and a description of the problem you want solved. If you email us instead, we receive whatever your message contains.
We do not ask for payment details, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information through this website, and you should not send them to us here.
Information collected automatically
This site does not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party marketing pixels. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent, requested page, and timestamp — which exist for security and troubleshooting.

ATLV Solutions does not set advertising or analytics cookies on this site. The embedded intake agent may set cookies or use local browser storage that are necessary for your conversation to work — for example, to keep your place if you refresh the page.

- Release0 — powers the intake agent. Conversations you have with the agent are processed and stored on Release0’s systems so we can read them.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not trade it for anything.
How we use what you tell us
We use it to answer you, to understand whether we can help, and to do the work if you hire us. If you become a client, we use your contact information to run the engagement. We may send you a follow-up about your inquiry; we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful to an active or potential engagement, and client records for as long as our working relationship and any legal or accounting obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

This site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to inquiry records to people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
